Is Free really free?

Yes. One resume, the Classic template, the full editor and unlimited watermark-free PDF exports. Forever, no card required.

What if I cancel Premium?

You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and your resumes are never deleted. Manage or cancel any time from the billing portal.

Do tokens expire?

Purchased tokens never expire. The monthly Premium allowance resets each cycle and is always spent first, so the balance you paid for is protected.

How do refunds work?

Personally. Reply to your receipt or contact us and a human will sort it out.
