This section carries the most weight on the page, and it's the one most resumes get wrong: duties instead of outcomes, and no sense of scale.
One formula, applied consistently
Verb + what you did + measurable result. "Redesigned the onboarding flow, reducing signup drop-off from 38% to 21%." Can't quantify the result? Quantify the scope instead: team size, budget, users affected, systems involved.
Order bullets by impact, not chronology
Put your strongest, most relevant achievement first in each role. A reader who only gets through the first bullet per job should still walk away with your best material.

Fast triage for a weak bullet
- Does it start with a duty verb ("Responsible for," "Managed") instead of an action verb?
- Is there a number, or could there be one, with five minutes of thought?
- Would this bullet be true of anyone in the role, or only of you?
